Security Team Leader

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety of employees, guests, and visitors within the hotel, day and night
  • Develop and maintain excellent interpersonal skills to connect with others
  • Exceed guest expectations by providing exceptional service
  • Inspire, coach, and mentor security team members to achieve their full potential
  • Communicate effectively in Dutch and English
  • Possess the Dutch security diploma Beveiliger 2 or ABM
  • Embody our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Involvement, and Care
  • Have a passion for hospitality
  • Previous security experience in a similar role is a plus
