Business Controller Supply Chain & Marketing

As a Business Controller Supply Chain & Marketing at Heineken, you will be at the heart of influencing key decisions across both Supply Chain and Marketing. You'll work closely with teams across the globe to ensure we supply customers from over 25 different breweries, optimize our routes to market, and make resource allocation decisions that drive balanced and profitable growth.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Supply Chain, NPI, and Sales teams to ensure cost-efficient and sustainable supply to customers worldwide from over 25 breweries.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive resource allocation decisions, ensuring ABTL investments generate the highest ROI and support profitable, balanced growth.
  • Owning the governance cycle, responsible for actuals, planning (RoFo, AP, SP), and reporting of Variable Expenses and ABTL in close collaboration with the broader finance team.
  • Influence and advise MT-level stakeholders within a diverse environment, making impactful financial decisions.
  • Train and promote financial knowledge within the Supply Chain and Marketing teams to improve business understanding and decision-making.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial or business control, business analysis, or accounting within an international and/or FMCG environment.
  • Proven experience working in complex international settings with a focus on supply chain and marketing functions.
  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Business Control, or Accounting (Master's degree preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, SAP).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to influence resource allocation and contribute to financial planning.
  • Strong stakeholder management, with experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
  • Ability to lead initiatives within Supply Chain and Marketing, driving continuous improvement and promoting collaboration.
  • A team player who thrives in diverse, dynamic environments and excels at developing financial knowledge within teams.
