About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Development Director to join our team at The Kraft Heinz Company. This role will be part of the European Operations Business Unit and will involve working closely with our peers to drive success.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Engineering and Supply Chain Development teams and associated strategy in Europe. They will develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize Supply Chain performance, aligning with our strategic agenda.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead the Engineering and Supply Chain Development teams and associated strategy in Europe
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to help optimize our Supply Chain performance (Cost, quality, safety, flexibility, capacity) in line with our strategic agenda
  • Land technologies and technical capabilities in our Supply Network to fulfill our strategic ambitions
  • Improve project management, engineering design, and execution across the European Supply Chain
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align engineering and SC initiatives with our business objectives
  • Deliver programs and projects connected with Growth platforms, ensuring required inputs and expertise from a Supply Chain perspective
  • Ensure the right organization design, processes, supporting systems, and teams to effectively deliver on the above
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to drive innovation and maintain KraftHeinz's position within the European market

Qualifications

We require:

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or Masters Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar field
  • At least 10 or more years of work experience in the Supply Chain field, preferably within the Manufacturing Industry, Consumer Goods, Food & Beverages or similar
  • Previous experience in Program Management and/or Strategic Project Management within the Supply Chain, Logistics and/or Engineering fields
  • Consistent track record in successfully developing, implementing and delivering Engineering and Supply Chain Group Strategies
  • Leadership work experience, management of teams across borders
  • Fluency in English; other languages such as Dutch, French, Spanish and/or Italian would be an advantage
