About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Application Manager to join our IT Treasury team at NIBC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the support and development of our treasury systems, working closely with stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analysis of business requirements and design of solutions to meet these needs
  • Support of daily business activities related to treasury systems
  • First-line and second-line support for business departments for ad-hoc issues and analyses
  • Responsibility for maintenance of technical changes in the treasury IT landscape
  • Implementation of scripts in Python, SQL, and Azure
  • Configuration and setup of testing environments and alignment with other departments

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working with Front Arena or similar treasury and trading systems
  • Knowledge and experience with Python programming and SQL
  • Good understanding of financial products, including interest rate derivatives
  • Solid social and communication skills, power to convince
  • Able to operate on a Masters degree level through education or experience
  • English language skills are a must have
  • Experience working in a high-level collaborative environment and ability to work as part of an Agile team
