  • Assist the Front Office and Housekeeping teams as needed
  • Verify guest registration information and process payments
  • Issue room keys and direct guests to their rooms
  • Perform daily checklists and collaborate with internal departments to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Receive and deliver mail and packages
  • Comply with company procedures and safety policies
  • Check MOD reports and VIP lists
  • Monitor Opera system for occupancy and room status
  • Complete hand-over and room reconciliation forms
  • Calculate room and linen invoices
  • Quality check VIP rooms
  • Order hotel amenities and handle uniforms
