About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Front Office Host(ess) to join our team at Park Plaza Vondelpark. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a warm and welcoming experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a warm welcome and smooth arrival and departure experience for our guests
  • Build up knowledge of the local area, its amenities, and tourist attractions to add the extra Park Plaza touch
  • Empower guests to personalise their stays and upsell hotel facilities and rewards programmes
  • Contribute to wider hotel initiatives and proactively identify improved ways of working
  • Share our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care
  • Be proactive, flexible, and a team player
  • Engage positively by being friendly, calm, and constructive in every situation, displaying a passion for hospitality
