Assistant Outlets Manager

Hyatt Regency Amsterdam is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Outlets Manager to join our team. As a key member of our F&B department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our outlets, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the Restaurant and Bar operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service.
- Assist the F&B Manager in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales and revenue.
- Lead and coach the team to achieve exceptional guest satisfaction and employee engagement results.
- Ensure that all outlets are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Participate in the selection and training of new employees.
- Assist in the inventory management and maintenance of hotel operating equipment and assets.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role in a hotel or restaurant environment.
- Degree in Hospitality or Tourism, or equivalent on-the-job training.
- Excellent language and communication skills in English (and preferably in Dutch).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
