Job Summary:

We are seeking a Process Owner HR Operations Payroll Assistant Manager to contribute to our objective 'Surprise Free Operations'. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing payroll process knowledge, identifying possible risks in the payroll process, and acting on them in a timely manner through mitigating measures and identifying possible optimizations and improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Securing payroll process knowledge;
  2. Identifying possible risks in the payroll process and acting on them in a timely manner through mitigating measures and identifying possible optimizations and improvements;
  3. Ensuring consistency on the processes;
  4. Overseeing the entire process and ensuring connection between the different teams;
  5. Coordinating an unambiguous working method between the different countries;
  6. Analyzing and identifying possible bottlenecks or problems in the process;
  7. Interpreting the process statistics on a daily basis and anticipating them with the right communication and actions;
  8. Identifying points for improvement in the processes and working together with Transformation Services to implement them;
  9. Being a point of contact for the customer with regard to the daily operation.
Qualifications:

We seek a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Ability to make decisions quickly from different perspectives and within the set frameworks and think rationally;
  • Ability to cooperate and consult well with colleagues, communicate openly and honestly, and share information proactively;
  • Analytical skills and ability to gather information from different places to answer a question or handle a request;
  • Process-based working is your thing, you oversee everything in the process. You can work well within set frameworks and processes, but are curious and have the courage to think outside the comfort zone.
Preferred Qualifications:

We prefer a candidate with the following qualifications:

  • Very good command of the Dutch and English language and ability to switch between them;
  • No stranger to the HR and Payroll field, aware of relevant laws and regulations, and understanding how to read collective agreements;
  • Analytically strong with a well-developed problem-solving ability;
  • Ability to receive feedback, regularly reflect on performance, and have a huge drive to grow;
  • Curious and interested in learning a lot in every area within our services;
  • Result-oriented and love change;
  • Experience in Payroll processes;
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment;
  • Experience working in projects is an advantage.
