Job SummaryWe are seeking a Process Owner HR Operations Payroll Assistant Manager to contribute to our objective 'Surprise Free Operations'. The successful candidate will be responsible for securing payroll process knowledge, identifying possible risks in the payroll process, and acting on them in a timely manner through mitigating measures and identifying possible optimizations and improvements.

- Identifying possible optimizations and improvements
The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well within set frameworks and processes. They will also have a good command of the Dutch and English language and be aware of relevant laws and regulations.
