Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated PhD researcher to join our team in the field of single molecule biophysics research. The successful candidate will be part of a European Doctoral Network (DN) called MECHANISM, which aims to train the next generation of scientific leaders in the development of single-molecule biophysics techniques.
As a PhD researcher, you will be working on an exciting research project that involves investigating the structure, dynamics, function, and interactions of nucleic acids using single-molecule techniques. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with partners within the MECHANISM network, including universities and research institutions across Europe.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be eligible for this position, you must have a Master's degree in organic chemistry, biochemistry, biophysics, or a related field. You should also have excellent experimental skills and good team spirit. Fluency in English is required, both written and spoken.

BenefitsThe salary for this position is € 2,872.00 per month in the first year, increasing to a maximum of € 3,670.00 per month in the fourth year. You will also receive a full-time employment contract with initially one year, extendable to four years. In addition to the salary, you will have access to a range of benefits, including holiday leave entitlement, holiday allowance, end-of-year bonus, and contribution to commuting expenses.
