Job Summary:

As a Senior Sales Support Specialist with Supermicro BV, you will play a vital role in managing customer orders and facilitating the end-to-end sales process. You will be responsible for sales account maintenance, providing technical and administrative product information, and performing daily clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Account Maintenance: Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with customers to resolve any issues.
  • Product Information: Provide detailed product information to clients, including specifications, pricing, and availability.
  • Clerical Tasks: Perform various clerical duties, such as data entry, scheduling production, and tracking orders.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a liaison between sales, purchasing, production, procurement, and logistics departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Customer Service: Develop strong relationships with clients, respond to their inquiries, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Industry Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar industry is required.
  • Data Entry: Proficiency in data entry, scheduling production, and tracking orders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.

Salary Range:

The estimated salary range for this position is €45,000 - €65,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
