Unilabs, a leading global provider of medical diagnostic services, seeks a seasoned Senior Change Management Professional to lead a business transformation program in the Netherlands.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity is for a senior practitioner in Change Management to deliver a business transformation program for Unilabs in the Netherlands, reporting to the Chief Transformation Officer.

The successful candidate will define the Change Management approach and rollout, partnering closely with the Head of Operations Transformation, Project Portfolio Office team members, and HR and Communications Business Partners.

Key Accountabilities

  • Owns the Change plan, assessing, capturing, and articulating the impacts that the changes have on the company and stakeholders.
  • Provides a clear understanding of how these changes can be mitigated, e.g., through communications, training, via a Change Impact Assessment framework.
  • Co-ordinates development of the overall change management strategy, approach, and plan, in partnership with HR, Communications, and the Transformation Office.
  • Coaches subject matter experts who are involved in change impacts capture.
  • Preparation for business readiness, converts identified change impacts into a workable global Change Action & Mitigation Plan, ensuring an integrated approach to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years' experience of management of change programs and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Experience in a global operating environment.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills and ability to effectively convey business impacts to various audience groups to achieve alignment on change impact mitigation actions.
  • Flexibility to adjust to changing priorities.
  • Dutch speaker.
