Financial Planning Specialist in Subsidy Management

We are seeking a skilled Financial Planning Specialist to join our team at Thales Netherlands. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial planning and control cycle of subsidies.
About Your Future Job- Develop and implement financial plans for subsidy projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary information and resources for effective financial planning.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide financial guidance and support to project leaders, ensuring they have the necessary tools and expertise to achieve their goals.
- Manage the entire planning and control cycle of subsidies, from initial assessment to final project completion.
- Prepare and review financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to ensure accurate and timely submission.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government agencies and contractors.
- Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure seamless financial management and reporting.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in financial planning and control, preferably in subsidy management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with IT/ERP systems, preferably Oracle.
- A competitive salary of €60,000 - €80,000 per year, depending on experience.
