We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic allround support medewerker to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

About the Job

As an allround support medewerker, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, handling their queries, resolving issues, and providing solutions. You will work closely with our development team to identify and address technical issues, and collaborate with our sales team to ensure seamless customer onboarding.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the development team to identify and address technical issues, ensuring seamless system performance.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding and minimize support requests.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, staying up-to-date with new features and technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum MBO level education and relevant work experience.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent Dutch language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
