About the Role
As a Senior Regulatory Requirements Change Expert at ABN AMRO Bank, you will play a critical role in ensuring the bank's lending operations are compliant with regulatory requirements. You will be responsible for translating complex regulations into actionable requirements, working closely with cross-functional teams to implement these requirements, and optimizing the lending journey to ensure regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate regulatory requirements into implementable business requirements, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver requirements, including data and reporting, business requirements, and regulatory compliance.
- Optimize the lending journey to ensure regulatory compliance, working closely with business and IT teams.
- Advise business stakeholders on design and architecture to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Participate in Change Risk Assessments (CRA) to identify and mitigate risks.
- Regularly engage with external specialists to ensure translations are aligned with market practice.
- Ensure prioritization and capacity planning are aligned with Credit Risk Forward/CROS and FCD program.
About the Team
The Requirements & Process Change team serves as the link between lending and lending support teams, overseeing the impact of all change that will be embedded in Lending (Support) teams. The team combines Requirement Management, Credit Process Management, and Change execution capabilities, serving Financing Solutions and mainbank retail/Small & Medium Enterprises (PL SME).
About You
You have a keen interest in lending, regulations, change, and credit risk. You understand business and financial risk dynamics and have a good understanding of the lending side of banks. You thrive in a high-performance environment and are a strong team player. You are proactive, entrepreneurial, and change-driven, with experience in bank policies and regulations in the field of credit risk and the ability to translate these into DPOT requirements.
What We Offer
- A gross monthly salary based on a 36-hour work week, including vacation pay and benefit budget.
- A Benefit Budget of 11% of your salary, allowing you to acquire additional employment benefits.
