We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our team at ABN Amro. As a key member of our Regulatory Management & Control department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our bank operates in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective regulatory compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, Compliance, and Risk Management, to ensure that our business operations are aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of our business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to business stakeholders on regulatory matters and ensure that they are aware of their compliance obligations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to stay up-to-date on regulatory developments and ensure that our bank is compliant with all relevant requirements.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a regulatory compliance role, preferably in a financial services industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and laws, including anti-money laundering and know-your-customer regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
