About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Regulatory Model Management Specialist to join our team at ABN AMRO Bank. As a key member of our Regulatory Model Management department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the bank's regulatory models are accurate, reliable, and compliant with current regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement regulatory models that meet the bank's risk management requirements
  • Provide expert advice on model design, implementation, and oversight to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure model quality and compliance
  • Perform impact assessments of changes in capital requirements and risk-weighted assets
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments
Requirements
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in credit risk management, policy, and framework development or regulatory reporting
  • Academic education in a relevant field, such as econometrics, mathematics, actuarial studies, risk management, or finance
  • Exceptional understanding of regulatory requirements regarding capital requirements for credit risk
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure
