Senior Regulatory Model Management Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Model Management Specialist to join our team at ABN Amro. As a key member of our Credit Risk Control Unit, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the bank's regulatory models are accurate, reliable, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Translate business strategy into model landscape
- Provide advice on model design, implementation, oversight, and performance
- Perform impact assessments of changes in capital requirements
- Maintain quality of IRB credit risk models and related processes
- Collaborate with modellers, policy department, and business stakeholders
- Minimum 7 years of experience in credit risk management, policy, or regulatory reporting
- Academic education in a relevant field, such as econometrics, mathematics, or finance
- Exceptional understanding of regulatory requirements for credit risk
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
