Je rol

Als Design Advisor bij de VELUX Groep word je de eerste aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verstrekken van hoogwaardige ontwerpen en adviezen aan klanten over hun bouwprojecten. Je moet in staat zijn om de behoeften van de klant te begrijpen en om passende ontwerpadviezen te geven.

Je verantwoordelijkheden

  • Luisteren naar en informatie verzamelen bij klanten om hun ontwerpbehoeften en de belangrijkste factoren in hun project(en) te begrijpen.
  • Zorgen voor een holistisch begrip van het project; bijvoorbeeld gebouwvereisten, visuele en esthetische wensen, functionele behoeften en budget.
  • Onze klanten inspireren en informeren over daglichtontwerpen, verschillende producten en proactief advies en suggesties geven.
  • De beste ontwerpoplossing aanbevelen op basis van uw inzicht en kennis van het project en de vereisten.
  • Definieer de oplossing en vraag een set visuals van collega's die de oplossing visueel weergeven.
  • Relevante informatie verstrekken over de producten en diensten om hun bouwproces te vereenvoudigen.
  • Neem volledig eigenaarschap van de klantreis en -ervaring.

Je profiel

We zoeken een servicegerichte en gepassioneerde professional die in staat is om hoogwaardige, bedrijfsgerichte interacties met klanten te leveren. Je moet in staat zijn om de behoeften van de klant te begrijpen en om passende ontwerpadviezen te geven. Je moet ook in staat zijn om te werken in een internationale omgeving en om deel uit te maken van een team dat leider is op het gebied van duurzaam binnenshuis wonen.

Je kwalificaties

  • Ervaring met het geven van technisch of ontwerpadvies op het gebied van woningverbetering.
  • Een verkoopmentaliteit en in staat om verkopen te sluiten en ervoor te zorgen dat klanten de juiste oplossing krijgen.
  • Goed ontwikkelde vraagtechnieken om de behoeften van de klant goed te begrijpen.
  • Nieuwsgierig en enthousiast over onze productportfolio's en ons aanbod.
  • Sterke IT-vaardigheden en ervaring met CRM-systemen.
  • Nederlands spreken en schrijven op professioneel niveau en een basisniveau Engels in woord en geschrift hebben.
