We zijn op zoek naar een Design Advisor die onze klanten kan inspireren en informeren over daglichtontwerpen, verschillende producten en proactief advies en suggesties kan geven. Als Design Advisor ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt en het enige aanspreekpunt voor onze klanten. Je voorziet hen van hoogwaardige ontwerpen en adviezen, voornamelijk per telefoon, e-mail of virtueel overleg.

Uw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Luisteren naar en informatie verzamelen bij klanten om hun ontwerpbehoeften en de belangrijkste factoren in hun project(en) te begrijpen.
  • Zorgen voor een holistisch begrip van het project; bijvoorbeeld gebouwvereisten, visuele en esthetische wensen, functionele behoeften en budget.
  • Onze klanten inspireren en informeren over daglichtontwerpen, verschillende producten en proactief advies en suggesties geven.
  • De beste ontwerpoplossing aanbevelen op basis van uw inzicht en kennis van het project en de vereisten.
  • Definieer de oplossing en vraag een set visuals van collega's die de oplossing visueel weergeven.
  • Relevante informatie verstrekken over de producten en diensten om hun bouwproces te vereenvoudigen.
  • Neem volledig eigenaarschap van de klantreis en -ervaring.

Uw profiel:

We zoeken een professional die servicegericht en gepassioneerd is over het leveren van hoogwaardige, bedrijfsgerichte interacties met klanten via telefoon, e-mail of virtuele consulten. Je valt op door je enthousiasme, verkoop en ontwerpadvies. Door je nieuwsgierigheid te benutten en je goede communicatieve vaardigheden en vermogen om te betrekken, te luisteren, te begrijpen en je in te leven in de behoeften van je klanten, weet je in te spelen op hun behoeften en gebruik je je technisch inzicht om passende ontwerpadviezen te geven.
