About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Consultant to join our Business Process Management department at ABN AMRO. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in driving the digitalisation of our core end-to-end processes, ensuring seamless execution and delivery of our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the E2E value chain to design and implement digital processes that meet customer needs and organisational goals.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and effective stakeholder engagement.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable tasks, leveraging your expertise in process excellence and digitalisation.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and drive innovation, staying up-to-date with market developments and IT applications.
  • Work closely with the PD Lead and colleagues to ensure successful completion of E2E process digitalisation phases.
Requirements
  • Relevant bachelor or university degree.
  • 3-6+ years' experience in process digitalisation in the banking sector.
  • Affinity with business process management, operational excellence, and business analysis.
  • Proven skills in influencing, consultancy, and collaboration in large organisations.
  • Knowledge of Scrum, Agile, or Lean frameworks.
What We Offer
  • Gross monthly salary (max. €7,303) based on knowledge, experience, and potential.
  • Benefit Budget of 11% of your salary.
  • Five weeks of vacation per year, with option to purchase additional weeks.
  • Personal development Budget of €1,000 per year, accumulable up to €3,000.
