About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Reporting Manager to join our People Analytics team within Global HR Operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting ongoing business-as-usual reporting requirements and assisting with internal Workday-related projects, including testing and documentation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the end-to-end request process for new reports and modifications to existing ones, including requirement gathering, prioritization, testing, and delivery.
  • Manage AMS Consultants, ensuring regular progress check-ins and providing business context while challenging technical solutions when necessary.
  • Develop and maintain reporting across all Workday modules, such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Recruitment, Payroll, Time, and Absence.
  • Maintain the global reporting catalog, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of available reports and user access.
  • Create and utilize all necessary Workday calculated field functions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of HR/HR Systems experience.
  • At least 3+ years of proven experience in HRIS reporting/Workday, working with advanced, matrix, and composite reports.
  • Strong understanding of the Workday security model, with the ability to navigate complex intersection-based security setups for reporting solutions.
  • Experience with Workday Prism or Adaptive Insights is desirable.
  • Experience within an HR discipline is desirable but not essential.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or similar.
