Workday Specialist Europe

We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Specialist to join our team and play a key role in the success of our European operations.

About the Role

The Workday Specialist Europe will be responsible for providing technical support, development, and ongoing maintenance of Workday, focusing on operations in Europe. The ideal candidate will have experience in Workday business processes, specifically in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking for Europe.

  • Provide technical support and development for Workday operations in Europe
  • Research and resolve configuration issues, lead testing and auditing of data, and train cross-functional users
  • Develop reports and dashboards, and troubleshoot integrations
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and collaborate with functional teams
  • Manage incidents, track ticket status, and partner with teams to resolve
  • Collaborate with project resources on system testing, including development of test strategy documentation and test script execution
Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated individual with a strong desire to achieve team goals. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong technical skills in Workday business processes
  • Experience in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking for Europe
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Working Arrangements

The role will be based in our office in Utrecht, and the successful candidate will be required to travel to the office for 4 days a week, with one day working from home.

This role is only open to candidates who are already living and working in the Netherlands and have full EU rights to work here.
