Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Food Content Director to lead our team in creating mouthwatering content that elevates the art of food storytelling. With a strong focus on visual detail and brand identity, you'll work closely with a near-shore production team in Poland to deliver high-quality content that drives results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop visually engaging and appetizing content that captures the essence of each brand and product.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and target audience, translating these insights into compelling creative strategies.
  • Ensure the quality and timeliness of all deliverables, maintaining high creative standards throughout the production process.
  • Explore and experiment with new creative tools, including AI, to enhance content quality and production efficiency.
  • Capture and document key learnings from each project to build a foundation for scaling successful creative strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in design, ideally within an agency setting.
  • Strong passion for the world of food, nutrition, and visual appeal of ingredients.
  • Proficient in graphic design tools (Adobe Suite) with experience in creating stunning visuals and animations.
  • Proven experience in leading creative projects that successfully blend traditional design principles with innovative techniques.
  • Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team across different locations, ensuring smooth project delivery and consistent creative excellence.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
