Job Overview

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator to join our Operations team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless coordination and efficiency in sales operations, providing indispensable support to our European wholesale division.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process orders from entry to invoicing, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Investigate and resolve customer queries, providing exceptional service and support.
  • Work closely with our seasonal content team to provide business partners with necessary tools and information.
  • Coordinate the provision of seasonal samples to our partners.
  • Support the international sales team with showroom preparations, buying tool preparations, cancellations, and after-sales reporting.
  • Ensure maximum efficiency in order processing, delivery execution, and payment fulfillment.
  • Manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to generate sales reports and analyze performance data.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain strong relationships with European wholesale clients and distributors.
  • Support the Sales managers and Directors with administrative tasks and calendar management.
  • Collaborate with the global team to implement and improve sales support processes.
  • Prepare and manage sales presentations and marketing materials.
  • Advise on stock levels and work closely with the planning team to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Provide language support in both French and English for sales-related communications and documentation.
