Tender Assurance Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Tender Assurance Manager to join our team at Koninklijke BAM Groep. As a key member of our Tender Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our tender processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tender assurance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure compliance with tender policies and procedures;
- Conduct thorough reviews of tender documents and processes to identify areas for improvement;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business controls and risk management strategies;
- Provide expert advice to senior management on tender quality and risk management;
- Identify and mitigate structural issues and risks, and develop mitigation plans to ensure effective outcomes.
You will work closely with our Tender Assurance Director to provide critical input for our Stage Gate process. As part of a 4-person Tender Assurance team, you will help implement our work-winning policy across BAM and all tenders. This position is based in Bunnik, The Netherlands, and requires occasional travel to the United Kingdom.
What We Offer- A competitive salary between € 7.940,- and € 9.930,- gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience;
- Good secondary employment conditions in accordance with the Construction and Infrastructure collective labor agreement, including a budget for sustainable employability (2,18%), variable compensation, 25 vacation days, 15 schedule free days, and 3 short-term absenteeism days per calendar year;

- A completed university/master's degree;
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in the field of tendering processes and business, project, or tender management;
- Experience within large, complex organizations, preferably within construction, engineering, oil and gas services, maritime, dredging, or related industries;
- Experience with the development and implementation of tender processes and related business controls based on enterprise risk management;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
