We are seeking a highly skilled Tender Assurance Manager to join our team at Koninklijke BAM Groep. As a key member of our Tender Assurance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our tender processes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement tender assurance strategies to ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures;
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigation plans;
- Collaborate with tender teams to ensure effective implementation of tender processes;
- Provide expert advice to BAM Group and division management on tender quality and best practices;
- Identify and address structural issues and risks to ensure optimal tender outcomes.
You will work closely with our Tender Assurance Director to provide critical input for our Stage Gate process. As part of a 4-person Tender Assurance team, you will contribute to implementing our work-winning policy across BAM and all tenders. This role is based in Bunnik, The Netherlands, and offers a hybrid work environment with occasional travel to the United Kingdom.
What We Offer- A competitive salary between 7,940,- and 9,930,- gross per month, depending on your knowledge and experience;

- A completed university/master's degree;
- At least 6 years of relevant experience in tendering processes and business, project, or tender management;
- Experience within large, complex organizations, preferably within construction, engineering, oil and gas services, maritime, dredging, or related industries;
- Experience with the development and implementation of tender processes and related business controls based on enterprise risk management;
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
