Tender Assurance Process Specialist

We are looking for a Tender Assurance Process Specialist to join our team at Royal BAM Group. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the creation and implementation of BAM Practices with expert groups. Your primary goal will be to continuously improve and refine our tendering processes and templates, ensuring seamless alignment with our work-winning policy across all tenders.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, plan, and implement necessary process updates to optimize tendering efficiency.
- Assemble and engage expert groups in relevant disciplines to drive process improvement.
- Support expert groups in rewriting BAM Practices as needed, maintaining consistency and relevance.
- Oversee all Tender Assurance processes, managing interdependencies and ensuring smooth operations.
- Collaborate on CRM improvements, KPI development, and quality monitoring to drive business excellence.
Your Working Environment
As a member of our 5-person Tender Assurance team, you will work closely with the Tender Assurance Director to provide crucial input on our Stage Gate process. This position is based in Bunnik, The Netherlands, and offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance. Occasional travel to the United Kingdom may be required.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A completed university degree (BSC/Master) in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in tendering, business, or project management processes.
- Experience with developing and implementing tender processes and related business controls.
- Fluency in English and Dutch, both written and verbal.
- Basic Power BI skills, with a willingness to learn and develop your expertise.
