About the Job

We are seeking a Sales Intern to join our AS Watson team, working closely with Key Account Managers and the marketing team. As a Sales Intern, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the beauty industry from a sales and marketing perspective. You will develop valuable skills, including creativity, analytical abilities, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor weekly performance analysis to ensure promotional plans align with company targets.
  • Support Key Account Team with weekly store checks and create visuals to illustrate store situations in real-time.
  • Create promotional materials supporting trade marketing activities, especially during product launches.
  • Follow up on the implementation of promotional plans for Coty Beauty Brands.
  • Stay up-to-date on competitive activity and market trends, conduct competitive analysis, and assess competitive product launches.
  • Support Key Account Managers in administrative tasks.
About You

We are looking for a Bachelor or Master student in business management, marketing, or economy with a passion for the beauty industry and our brands. Strong affinity with the FMCG industry is a plus. Fluency in Dutch or English is required. Experience in the FMCG industry is an advantage.

What We Offer

This is a full-time internship of 38 hours per week, for a period of 6 months, starting in September 2024. You will receive an internship allowance and travel allowance, provided you do not have a public transport subscription provided by your school. Assignments for your studies and/or writing your thesis must be completed in your own time.

In this internship, you will quickly make an impact and take ownership of your tasks and responsibilities. You will be working in a diverse and international environment with a team that is passionate about the work they do, as well as the wonderful products and great colleagues.
