**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales and Marketing Intern to join our team at PPHE Hotel Group. As a Sales and Marketing Intern, you will play a key role in supporting our sales team to achieve commercial objectives and drive business growth.

**Responsibilities**

  • Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Support the sales team in administrative tasks, including correspondence, report preparation, and data analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest profiles, contacts, and sales interactions.
  • Assist in the preparation of contracts, proposals, and sales materials.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including commercial meetings, site inspections, and client events.

**Requirements**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other sales and marketing tools.
  • Knowledge of Opera is a plus.
