Purpose of the Internship

The Hospitality and Leisure Intern will be part of the B2B Department, operating from the head office in Amsterdam. Together with the Marketing Partnership team, we drive the expansion of Rituals at our Hospitality and Leisure partners, such as restaurants, gyms, and spas.

You will support the Marketing Partnerships Team with dedicated projects, operational requests, briefings, and reporting. This internship offers room for personal input and a high degree of independence. If you are eager to learn about Hospitality, Sales, and Marketing and enjoy varied work every day, this is the internship for you.

Your Accountabilities
  • Provide support in organizing events, such as fairs and partner meetings
  • Be responsible for marketing-related briefing documents
  • Create presentation decks for our existing and potential partners
  • Support in operational, sales, and marketing activities
  • Participate in partner visits and join in sales conversations
  • Share results and best practices with global and local teams
  • Support with administrative handling of projects
  • Support the development of this new market approach
  • Help explore new opportunities for Rituals within the Hospitality branch
Qualifications

You must be currently enrolled as a student (Higher Education/University). You should work proactively, independently, and have a hands-on mentality while keeping an eye for detail. You must maintain strong knowledge and application in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. You should have strong verbal and written communication skills and enjoy making connections. Affinity with Hospitality, the food service industry, and cosmetics is required. Excellent command of English and Dutch, both written and verbally, is necessary. A driver's license (B) is also required. You should be structured, service-minded, and a real team player. You should be keen to be the best in class within your internship and flexible, enjoying making things better every day and eager to go the extra mile for the best results.
