Internship Opportunity

Rituals is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join our B2B Department as a Sales and Marketing Intern. This internship will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality and leisure industry, working closely with our Marketing Partnership team to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Marketing Partnerships Team with dedicated projects, operational requests, briefings, and reporting.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing-related briefing documents and presentation decks for existing and potential partners.
  • Participate in partner visits and join in sales conversations to gain a deeper understanding of the industry.
  • Share results and best practices with global and local teams to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Support with administrative handling of projects and contribute to the development of new market approaches.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled as a student in Higher Education or University.
  • Proactive, independent, and hands-on mentality with attention to detail.
  • Strong knowledge and application in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to make connections.
  • Affinity with Hospitality, the food service industry, and cosmetics.
  • Excellent command of English and Dutch, both written and verbally (other additional languages are an advantage).
  • Driver's license (B) and structured, service-minded, and team-oriented approach.
