Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive market-conform salary, ranging from €60,000 to €80,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including flexible working hours, a hybrid working option (2 days from home/3 days at the office), performance-based bonus, and 25 paid holidays per year based on a full-time contract.

Job Description

The EMEA Retail Finance Business Partner will play a crucial role in supporting the commercial and marketing teams by driving core growth through strategic financial planning and analysis. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with GAAP rules.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and optimize inventory levels to maximize profitability.
  • Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
  • Process Engineering: Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to enhance efficiency.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A University degree in Accounting or a related field.
  • 5+ years of direct accounting experience, preferably in a retail environment.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and POS technology.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • English language proficiency (mother tongue).
  • Dutch language skills are highly desirable.
