The estimated salary for this position is between €90,000 to €120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure takes into account the cost of living in Switzerland and the level of expertise required for the role.

Responsibilities
  • Develop project resource plans and pricing for proposals within the architectural discipline.
  • Sustain the present PM Group qualifications to new and existing clients.
  • Support client meetings to assess needs and develop associated project programs.
  • Design conceptual projects and coordinate with engineers on the design team.
  • Create BIM models for resulting designs and coordinate with the BIM Coordinator and other internal/external project team members.
  • Coordinate design and construction information within constraints of cost, time, and quality.
  • Develop construction drawings and specifications that incorporate client, regulatory, and industry standards.
  • Take responsibility for discipline-related internal and external project communications and coordination.
  • Provide regular constructive feedback on performance to others to improve capability and confidence.
  • Perform fieldwork as required for project execution (e.g., taking field dimensions, field visits during construction, etc.).
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Master's of Architecture.
  • 10+ years of experience in the life sciences industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Fluent Dutch or French and English language skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to work within a multi-discipline team environment.
  • Strong commercial skills with ability to manage projects to budget hours and commercial return targets.
  • NCARB certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of cGMPs, as they pertain to biotechnology, pharmaceutical, etc., preferred.
  • LEED AP/DGNB preferred.
  • Ability to travel moderately to meet client and project requirements.
