Manufacturing Career Development Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Manufacturing Career College team as a L&D specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing learning solutions that support the career development of MF employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver effective and efficient solutions, such as trainee programs, career workshops, and educational services.
- Support, develop, innovate, and implement learning activities and HR-related learning products that support the growth and development of employees in Global Manufacturing.
- Align with the Global Manufacturing Academy, Veldhoven MF Academy, and other ASML Academies, as well as Human Resources and the business.
- Actively seek partners in the region, including Brainport Development and educational institutes.
- Ensure collaboration with Learning Business Partners, Human Resources business partners, Talent Engagement, and the business stakeholders, and obtain agreement on deliverables.
- Work together with external partners and/or suppliers to create learning solutions and/or collaborate on educational levels in the region.
- Align x-Academy to share and connect learning activities that support growth from one sector to another.
- Have a proactive attitude towards contributing to events such as Global Manufacturing Day and Internal Career Festival.
- Be an ambassador for "learning for tomorrow's job," focusing on retaining and developing MF employees for ASML in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Work together on a global level to ensure that solutions, such as growth paths, are globally recognized and accepted.
- Continue to build up a highly capable and motivated team of professionals.
- Select and manage suppliers in cooperation with Procurement.
Requirements
- BSc or MSc in learning management, educational sciences, human resources, organizational psychology, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a learning/HR role.
- Ability to work in complex organizations.
- Knowledge about and experience with working in 'the Dutch Educational system.'
