Job Title: Supervisor, Manufacturing Engineering System Integration Modules

As a key member of the Operations Engineering department, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supervisor to lead our Manufacturing Engineering System Integration Modules team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding a team of engineers and technical specialists to ensure the smooth integration of manufacturing systems, driving technical expertise, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of engineers and technical specialists to achieve technical excellence and efficiency in manufacturing system integration.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive technical innovation and improvement in manufacturing processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations Production Supervisors, to ensure seamless technical support and issue resolution.
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their technical skills and professional development.
  • Provide input on capital investments and drive execution of factory and field continuous improvement activities.
  • Facilitate higher-level factory and supply chain critical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements:
  • University degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a high-tech industry environment, with 3-5 years of management experience in a manufacturing, technical support, or service management role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with proficiency in local language preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop people via mentoring and coaching, with experience in project management, data analysis, and resource planning.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse customers and teams.
