The RoleWe are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Recruitment Assistant to join our HR and recruitment team in Vlissingen. As a Recruitment Assistant, you will play a crucial role in the HR and recruitment process, coordinating and supporting the team to ensure the smooth execution of recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities- Screening of candidates, planning and follow-up of interviews, and management of job vacancies
- Coordinating with internal stakeholders, candidates, and external partners to ensure efficient recruitment processes
- Managing and maintaining accurate records of candidate information and job vacancies in our recruitment system
- Providing excellent customer service to internal stakeholders, candidates, and external partners
- Supporting the HR and recruitment team in various administrative tasks and projects
- MBO+/HBO diploma and at least two years of relevant experience in a commercial organization
- Excellent administrative skills, with the ability to plan and prioritize tasks effectively
- Fluent Dutch and English language skills, both written and spoken
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with social media and websites
- Availability to work 32 or 40 hours per week, with the possibility of remote work
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A competitive salary, with a minimum equal to that of our permanent employees
- Reimbursement of travel expenses at 23 cents per kilometer
