We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruitment Assistent to join our team at Damen Naval in Vlissingen. As a Recruitment Assistent, you will play a crucial role in the HR and recruitment process, working closely with the Manager HR and other team members.
Key Responsibilities:- Screening and evaluating job applicants
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
- Managing job postings and recruitment materials
- Providing administrative support to the HR and recruitment team
- MBO+/HBO diploma and at least two years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent administrative skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
