We zijn op zoek naar een enthousiaste interim Recruitment Assistent die een onmisbare rol speelt binnen ons HR- en recruitmentteam. Als Recruitment Assistent speel je een centrale rol in het HR- en recruitmentproces. Je bent zowel coördinerend als ondersteunend en fungeert als een echte spin in het web. Je hebt dagelijks veel contact met sollicitanten, leveranciers en collega's. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Manager HR en maakt deel uit van een dynamisch HR-team, bestaande uit HR Administrators, HR Advisors en recruitmentprofessionals.
TAKE ON THIS ROLE- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het screenen van sollicitanten, het inplannen en opvolgen van interviews en het beheren van vacatures.
- Je zorgt ervoor dat kandidaten snel en efficiënt kunnen worden voorgesteld aan de managers van Damen Naval.
- Je fungeert als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor vragen over vacatures, kandidaten en het sollicitatieproces.

- Reiskostenvergoeding van 23 cent per kilometer.
