Join Our Team as a Corporate Finance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Director to join our Infrastructure sector team at Kempen & Co. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients on M&A, debt, and equity capital markets solutions in the Infrastructure sector.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in Corporate Finance, with a focus on the Infrastructure sector. You will be responsible for:

  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, corporates, developers, investors, financial institutions, and government bodies
  • Identifying, evaluating, and originating advisory opportunities in the Infrastructure and renewable energy sectors
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, corporates, developers, investors, financial institutions, and government bodies
  • Supporting clients in negotiations and structuring of complex transactions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams and the wider Kempen & Co organization to develop and drive business growth
Your Talents

We are looking for a talented and experienced Corporate Finance Director who can bring their expertise to our team. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 8-10 years of relevant working experience in M&A, Debt Advisory, Equity Capital Markets, strategy consultancy within the Infrastructure or Renewable Energy sector
  • Strong communication and project management skills
  • Good mastery of English and Dutch, both verbal and written
