Corporate Finance Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Finance Director to join our Infrastructure sector team at Van Lanschot Kempen. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for advising clients in the Infrastructure sector on M&A, debt, and equity capital markets solutions.
About the Role- Build and maintain a high-performance culture, fostering teamwork, professional development, and knowledge sharing within the team.
- Identify, evaluate, and originate advisory opportunities in the infrastructure and renewable energy sectors.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including entrepreneurs, corporates, developers, investors, financial institutions, and government bodies.
- Be a team lead in the execution of transactions, which includes workflows like process management, financial analysis, valuation, and due diligence.
- Support clients in negotiations and structuring of complex transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and the wider Van Lanschot Kempen organization to develop and drive business growth.
We are looking for a dedicated, creative, and client-focused individual who can guide our customers in a constantly changing world. You will be a team player with a keen client-focused attitude, recognizing the challenge and seizing the opportunity. You also have:
- 8-10 years of relevant working experience in M&A, Debt Advisory, Equity Capital Markets, strategy consultancy within the Infrastructure or Renewable Energy sector.
- Communication and project management talent.
- Good mastery of English and Dutch, both verbal and written.
