Introduction

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our Society and Community Engagement team as an intern. As a Community Engagement Intern, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of programs that promote inclusive and attractive communities.

Background Information

Our team is responsible for designing and implementing programs that foster community engagement and inclusivity. We work closely with various stakeholders to create initiatives that benefit both ASML and the local community. As an intern, you will have the chance to work on a variety of projects, including program development, event planning, and community outreach.

Your Assignment

As a Community Engagement Intern, your primary responsibility will be to support the development of new programs and initiatives. You will work closely with our team to identify opportunities for community engagement and develop strategies to promote inclusivity and diversity. Your tasks may include:

  • Researching and analyzing community needs and trends
  • Developing program concepts and proposals
  • Collaborating with team members to implement programs and events
  • Evaluating program effectiveness and making recommendations for improvement
Your Profile

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor or master's degree in Community Management, Communications, or Event Management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal
