Introduction to the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Internships Office team as an HR Intern. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process of interns, from start to finish. This will include tasks such as intern community engagement, management, and branding, as well as managing stakeholders on different seniority levels.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the recruitment process of interns, from start to finish
  • Intern community engagement, management, and branding
  • Managing stakeholders on different seniority levels
  • Attending student career events
  • Reporting on internships
  • Project(s) related to Talent Acquisition, depending on your background and interests

Your Profile

To be a perfect match for this internship, you should have a bachelor or master degree in HR, Organizational Studies, Business, or a similar field. You should also be available for 4-5 days per week, with 1-2 days on-site. Additionally, you should have great communication skills in English, both verbal and written, and be handy with MS Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
