IT-Support Specialist

Wij zoeken een enthousiaste IT-Specialist voor onze organisatie Mosaic World. Als IT-Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen van onze medewerkers bij het gebruik van IT-systemen en -toepassingen.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Uitvoeren van IT-taken, zoals het oplossen van problemen en het beantwoorden van vragen
  • Samenwerken met het IT-team om nieuwe werkplekken in te richten en te zorgen dat alles op rolletjes loopt
  • Configureren van nieuwe laptops en het geven van uitleg aan medewerkers over het gebruik van de hardware en software
  • Helpen van medewerkers bij allerlei IT-vraagstukken, van printerproblemen tot het installeren van nieuwe software
  • Ondersteunen van niet alleen de IT-middelen, maar ook bedrijfsapplicaties
  • Deelnemen aan projecten ter verbetering van de IT-processen en optimaliseren van de laptop inrichting

Vereisten

  • MBO+ werk- en denkniveau
  • Basiskennis van IT-processen en Microsoftproducten zoals Azure en Office365
  • Uitstekende kennis van de Nederlandse taal
  • Klantvriendelijk, communicatief sterk en werkt graag in teamverband
  • Goed schakelen tussen verschillende taken en houdt van een dynamische werkomgeving

  • Een salaris tussen € 2.800,- en € 4.220,- bruto per maand
