- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software components, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues and implement new technologies.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and trends in the IT industry.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to user inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in desktop support, system integration, or comparable areas.
- Excellent Dutch and good English language skills (spoken and written).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
