We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Backoffice Assistent to join our team in Oss. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inbound and outbound logistics processes.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Verifying and processing transport documents and shipping papers;
  • Identifying and reporting discrepancies to the relevant teams;
  • Translating labels and creating pallet configurations;
  • Ordering office supplies and materials for the sales team;
  • Providing administrative support to various departments during peak periods and absences.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel;
  • Residency in the Oss region and possession of a reliable vehicle.
