Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to join our team at Intk. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in driving growth and revenue through strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and revenue;
  • Identify and target new prospects, generating demand through inside sales and direct client contact;
  • Manage the overall retention process for current accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty;
  • Lead the development and execution of sales presentations and proposal content;
  • Build and manage sales pipelines, research new accounts, and design lead-generation campaigns;
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of business deals, ensuring alignment with company strategic goals and financial objectives;
  • Develop and manage the business development team, fostering a culture of success and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, with at least three years in a managerial position;
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies and securing lucrative partnerships;
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions;
  • Excellent negotiation and deal-making skills;
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to build relationships at all levels;
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities;
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen.
