As a Data Driven Client Service Specialist, you will be at the epicenter of all products and services Circana delivers to our clients. You will work closely with operational and commercial teams, as well as directly with clients, to create and maintain a positive client experience.

Your main objectives will be to:

  • Turn complexity into clarity for our clients
  • Understand data deliveries and how clients use them for their business
  • Maintain a positive client satisfaction score by developing strong client connections
  • Create improvement plans to move underperforming clients back on track
  • Work cross-functionally to address challenges and provide quick resolutions

To succeed in this role, you will need to take ownership of processes regarding your clients, stay up-to-date on client needs and wants, and keep track of ongoing issues.

You should be an ambitious professional with a strong affinity for data and technology, and have up to 2 years of experience in a relevant area. Provable skills and understanding of Excel and BI tools are also essential.

Our office is located in Zaltbommel, but we offer flexibility to work from home whenever you want, except for Tuesdays when we have team days. We offer a suitable salary based on knowledge and experience, up to 36 free days, WFH and commute allowance, home office setup, and a rewarding and challenging job.
