Job Title: Consultant Relations Associate

Robeco is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join its Global Consultant Relations team as a Consultant Relations Associate. This is a multi-faceted role that would suit someone early in their asset management career who is still looking to learn whilst being a part of a close-knit yet truly global team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Market research and analytics to support the team's efforts with investment consultants.
  • Support and meeting preparation for Consultant Relations Directors, including client product inquiries and requests.
  • Data management, including provision of market and commercial insight to Consultant Relations Directors.
  • RFP and ODD oversight, including project managing RFPs and DD questionnaires.
  • Team ambassador, building productive internal relationships and maintaining strong ties within the global team.
Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of relevant industry experience, preferably within an asset manager.
  • Demonstrable interest in financial markets and investment.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • IMC qualification preferred.
  • Additional investment qualifications (CFA, CAIA) viewed favourably.
