Coty is seeking motivated Supply Chain Interns who possess a proactive approach to their work. As a Supply Chain Intern, you will collaborate with various Supply Chain teams at our Headquarters. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic field of supply chain management.

Overview of Supply Chain in Amsterdam

Our Amsterdam Headquarters is home to several interconnected Supply Chain teams. These teams, including Regional and Global Logistics, Supply Chain Transformation, Quality, S&OP, and Supply Development, work collaboratively to establish strategies and frameworks that enhance the Global and Regional Supply and Logistics community. They focus on identifying improvement opportunities and implementing projects that deliver value, efficiency, and safety across our Supply Chain network.

Available Roles

We have multiple internship roles available within the Supply Chain function. Candidates can express interest in specific areas based on the brief descriptions provided below:

Global Transport & Customs
The intern will explore the integration of Artificial Intelligence in Transportation Management and assist in formulating a strategic approach for our team. The role involves managing global transport operations (Air, Sea, and Road) and analyzing data related to the movement of Coty's products worldwide. The focus will be on enhancing Data Quality and conducting Data Analytics to identify trends and improvement initiatives.

Demand Planning

Key responsibilities for the intern include:

  • Contributing to demand forecasting and initiative planning.
  • Assisting Demand planners in S&OP preparations.
  • Managing a defined project with full end-to-end responsibility.

Process Assurance

Interns in this area will focus on:

  • Documenting processes through flowcharts.
  • Identifying critical steps within processes.

What We Offer

We have several open internship positions within Coty HQ, specifically in Demand Planning, Process Assurance, Global S&OP, and Global Transport teams.

Candidate Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Transport, Logistics, or Supply Chain.
  • A strong passion for beauty and an affinity for a dynamic work environment.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in numerical analysis and Excel.
  • Willingness to take on responsibilities and contribute meaningfully.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach to work.
  • Adaptable and enthusiastic about challenges.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills, with a preference for teamwork.
  • Fluency in English is essential.

Internship Details

This is a full-time internship (40 hours per week) lasting 5-6 months. Remote work options are available, subject to agreement with your supervisor. Interns will receive a stipend and a transportation card if needed. The internship can be aligned with academic thesis work, although this will primarily be conducted independently.
